  8. After completing the application procedure, parents will receive a verification email. Please make sure to check your email inbox and junk mailbox, if necessary.
報名程序完成後，家長登記的電郵戶口將會收到「確認成功完成報名程序」郵件，請同時查閱電郵的收件郵箱及垃圾郵箱

  9. Parents can use the applicant’s date of birth, birth certificate number and the registered email address to amend the application form before the application deadline.
家長可利用已登記的出生日期、出生證明書登記編號及電郵地址，於報名時間完結前登入網上系統的「更改/列印資料」鍵以編輯或更改報名表內容。

Part D 丁部 Scholarship / Fee Remission Scheme 獎學金 / 學費減免計劃

    It is our strong belief that no talented students shall be denied admission to SPCS due to financial reasons. There is a generous scholarship / fee remission scheme provided by our school. It is expected that around 30% of students will benefit from the Scholarship / Fee Remission Scheme. Needy students, including those from families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and students receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Finance Office (SFO), could apply for the school fee remission. A Self-Assessment Platform on the students’ eligibility for fee remission can be found at https://www.spcs.edu.hk/form/remission/remission.html. You can find details of the Scheme and download the Fee Remission Application Form from our School Homepage. Your application will be processed after the submission of your application form and supporting documents upon the admission to SPCS. For enquiry, please contact Ms. Fanny Chan on 2576 3803.

    本校深信具有才華的學生不應因經濟理由而不能入讀聖保祿學校。本校設有寬裕的獎學金及學費減免計劃，以供同學申請。預計每年有約百分之三十的學生在這機制下受惠。有需要的學生，包括來自領取綜合社會保障援助計劃 (綜援) 家庭的學生和領取學生資助處 (學資處)財政資助的學生，均可申請學費減免。申請人可以在本校網頁 https://www.spcs.edu.hk/form/remission/remission.html 瀏覽學費減免計劃詳情和作相關的自我評估。當收到申請表及有關證明文件後，你的申請便會被處理。如有任何查詢，請電2576 3803聯絡陳鳳儀小姐。

  3. The application of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed. The application of successful candidates will become part of the student file, in connection with this data will thereafter be handled by the school.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the rights of access to and correction of the personal data contained in the application form, and the right to request a copy of such data. Applicants wishing to access or make corrections to the data should submit written requests to the Principal.

  1. Please ensure you have completed the whole application form and uploaded all necessary documents, such as 1st term and 2nd term report cards of primary 4, 5 and 6 (if available) before the closing date.
  2. Print out and complete the Identification Form for Interview (either Chinese or English version).
  3. The following documents should be returned to our school by hand on or before the closing date:
    • -  Printed copy of the completed application form
    • -  Completed Identification Form for Interview with the applicant’s recent photo affixed
    • -  Photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate and certificate of Baptism (if applicable)
    • -  Photocopy of the applicant’s school reports of the past three years (including primary 6 reports if available)
    • -  Two self-addressed stamped envelopes
